April 16, 2010 To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Notification of change of the venue of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting for the year 2010 Since Noble Development Public Company Limited ("the Company") has resolved to set the date for the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting for the year 2010 ("the Meeting") on Friday, April 23, 2010, at 10.00 am., at Campus Room, LL Floor, Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel, Rajdamri Road, Bangkok. The Company concerns that the venue of the Meeting may inconvenient for the shareholders to attend the Meeting, therefore, the Company would like to change the venue of the Meeting to The Sukhothai Hotel, Sila Room, 6th Floor, South Sathorn Road, Bangkok. The date, time and agenda of the Meeting remain the same in all respect, which on Friday, April 23, 2010, at 10.00 am. Please be informed accordingly.
