December 15, 2009 To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Notification of the Board of Directors' resolution regarding the disposal of investment in Subsidiary According to the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting No 19/2009 held on December 15, 2009, Noble Development Public Company Limited (the Company) would like to inform that the Board of Directors' Meeting unanimously resolved to disposed the investment of 1,999,994 ordinary shares in Playground Store Company Limited, the Company's subsidiary to the external party who has no relationship or connection with the Company and its subsidiaries. Total value of disposal of investment was Baht 500,000. In addition, as of September 30, 2009, the accumulated loss of Playground Store Company Limited was Baht 290.64 million. The aforementioned transaction was neither the connected transaction nor its size required the disclosure of the acquisition and disposition of asset. After completing the said transaction, the Company is no longer the shareholder of Playground Store Company Limited. Please be informed accordingly.
