March 27, 2007 To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Dissemination of the Invitation Letter of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting for the year 2007 and the attachments on the Company's Website According to the previous notification to the SET, the Board of Directors Meeting of Noble Development Public Company Limited (the "Company") had the resolution to hold the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting for the year 2007 on Thursday, April 26, 2007 at 2.00 pm. at The Sukhothai Hotel, Sila Room, 6th Floor, South Sathorn Road, Bangkok. To disclose the information via internet channel, the Company has posted the invitation letter with supporting documents on the Company's website www.noblehome.com since March 27, 2007. The invitation letter with the supporting documents and the Company's Annual Report will be sent to the shareholders whose names appeared on the register of shareholders on April 9, 2007. Foreign shareholders, who appoint Thai's Custodian, can download Proxy Form C. on the Company's website for convenience. Please be informed accordingly.
