November 2, 2006 To:President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re:Notification of the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting regarding the Investment in Playground Store Company Limited According to the resolution of the Board of Directors'Meeting No 11/2549 held on November 2, 2006, Noble Development Public Company Limited (the Company) would like to inform you that the Board of Directors' meeting unanimously resolved to invest in Playground Store Company Limited, which the Company hold 100% in equity, by purchase 1,750,000 of newly issued ordinary shares at Baht 100 per share, totaling Baht 175,000,000. After the said investment, the Company will hold 100% of Baht 200,000,000 registered and paid-up capital in Playground Store Company Limited. Please be informed accordingly.
