The Company would like to report the result of utilization of the proceeds ended December 31, 2002 as follows : Assets acquisition 365.66 Million Baht Debt repayment 112.25 Working capital 20.24 Total 498.15 Million Baht The remaining balance is approximately 596.26 Million Baht, the Company will report the result of the utilization the to SET later.
