Preparation for the Y2K Problem Actions for Y2K Problem Any actions between November 2,1998 to January 29,1999 are in process 2 and 5. The plan is on schedule and details are as follow: Process 2 Implementing on PC 2.1 List all computer system Done. 2.2 Test all computer system for the year 2000 Now it is in testing process and data collection, 10% have been done. Expected it will be completed by the end of March 1999. 2.3 Details implementation plan In process, expected to finish by the end of March 1999. Process 5 Implementing on Application error 5.1 Novell Netware After studying, we have 2 choices for Novell Netware solutions which are 1. Select another file server instead of Novell Netware, for example Windows 2000 2. Upgrade Novell Netware and cost is about 60,000 Baht. 5.2 Salary Program In process of selecting the new salary program and cost is about 3,000 Baht.
