The Company would like to clarify that the change of the performance more than 20% compared to the previous year mainly due to In the year 2000, the company recorded gain on disposition of investment in Bannsiam Co.,Ltd, one of the company's subsidiaries, totaling 65.89 MB and since contractor payable of a subsidiary forgave the debt, the company had 108% gross profit margin on sales.
