Dividend Policy and Payments
The Company has a dividend policy to pay dividend to shareholders
not less than 40% of the net profit in the consolidated financial statement annually after deduction of all reserves as required by law. The dividend policy has to be in line with the law and regulations of the Company. In case of necessity, the dividend payout can be less than the above ratio or omitted as well as taken into consideration of the Company’s cash flow, investment plans, business expansion, including other necessity and appropriateness in the future. However, the aforementioned policy shall be in accordance with the resolutions of shareholders’ meeting.
