The company would like to clarify that the increase of the net profit compared to the previous year mainly due to -Since the success of the company's debt restructuring in 1999, interest expenses of the company were obviously decreased of 195.98 MB or 86% compared to the same period of the previous year. -In 2000, The company recorded gain on disposition of investment in Bannsiam Co.,Ltd., one of the company's subsidiaries, totaling 65.89 MB. -Although in 2000 revenue from sales was decreased, the company's gross profit increased from 29.18 MB to 43.84 MB or 50% increase compared to the previous year.
