Noble received “VERY GOOD” of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Quality Assessment 2020 conducted

by Thai Investors Association (TIA) This assessment purposes to evaluate the quality of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held by listed companies based on what listed companies should do before the meeting, on the day of the meeting, and after the meeting. The Company has placed importance and striven to improve the quality of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders regularly and continuously, so the Company received 99 out of 100 scores for the quality of the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
