November 3, 2006 To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: The additional Information regarding the Investment in Playground Store Company Limited According to the Board of Directors' resolution of Noble Development Public Company Limited (the Company), regarding the investment in Playground Store Company Limited, which was informed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on November 2, 2006. The Company would like to inform that Playground Store Company Limited will use the proceeds to repay debts to the Company approximately Baht 161 million and the remaining for working capital.
