September 14, 2004 To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Disposal of investment in Subsidiaries Noble Development Public Company Limited (the Company) would like to inform that the Company disposed the investment in Playground Store Company Limited, which are the Company's subsidiaries, according to the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 8/2004 held on September 14, 2004, to an external party who has no relationship or connection to the Company and it's subsidiaries, also not the connected transaction. The Company disposed the investment in Playground Store Company Limited of 7,500 shares for the total price of Baht 750,000.
