August 16, 2004 To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Change in shareholder of Playground Store Company Limited According to the Board of Directors' resolution of Noble Development Public Company Limited, "the Company", regarding the investment in Playground Store Company Limited, which was informed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on July 8, 2004. The Company would like to inform the change in shareholders of Playground Store Company Limited from Name % Holding Noble Development Public Company Limited 85% Propagandist Company Limited 15% to Name % Holding Noble Development Public Company Limited 85% Phenomena Company Limited 15% Presently, Phenomena Company Limited is major shareholder who holds 78.5% of share in Propagandist Company Limited. The change in shareholders is for flexibility in management. Other information regarding the investment shall be the same as the Board of Directors' resolution formerly informed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Please be informed accordingly.
