January 24, 2003 To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Declaration of the news regarding the company dividend payment Noble Development Public Company Limited would like to explain the news which reported in www.eFinanceThai.com on January 24,2003, regarding the Company's dividend payment as follows; Yesterday January 23,2003, analysts interviewed and asked the Company to update progress of sale, investment and overall operation, and the Company provided them the general and public information. Regarding the question on the dividend payment, the Company said that in November 2002 the shareholders ' meeting resolved the Company to write off the deficit then if the Company has the net profit and the shareholders pass the resolution, the Company can pay the dividend. However method, and rate of the dividend will be subject to the resolution of the shareholders' meeting. The Company did not provide or confirm the method and the rate of the dividend payment as appeared in the news, those information is the analysts' forecast. Please be informed accordingly.
