November 11, 2002 Re: Declaration of the performance of Noble Development Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the performance of Noble Development Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries for the nine months period ended September 30, 2002 reported net profit of 179.65 MB and for the third quarter reported net profit of 73.86 MB. Comparing net profit of the third quarter to the same period of the previous year,which had net loss of 34.81 MB, the Company would like to clarify that the change of the performance more than 20% is mainly due to For nine months period, the Company recorded revenue from sales totaling 660.03 MB, of which 301.06 MB was for the third quarter. The revenue from sales increased by 805 percent compared to the same period of the previous year, which was amounted to 33.28 MB.
