August 22,2002 To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Declaration of the news regarding forecasted net profit for the year 2002 Noble Development Public Company Limited would like to explain the news which reported in www.eFinanceThai.com on August 21,2002, regarding forecasted net profit for the year 2002 as follows; As reporters interviewed and questioned on the company's performance for the first six month, the Company informed that the net profit for the first six month was 105.79 MB, which the net profit margin was approximately 20 percent of total revenue. Since progress of sales for 2 new projects which are Noble Tara Ekamai-Rama 9 and Noble Wana Pinklao totaled Baht 1 billion, those sales was realized in the first half just only 190 MB, and the company are going to launch new project in this September, therefore, forecasted performance for the second half of the year 2002 should be in line or better than the first half. Regarding the news reported that the Company forecasted the trend of the stock price would be Baht 9 per share, the Company would like to inform that the Company did not provide this information.
