August 8, 2002 Re: Report on the result of the last exercise warrants To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Noble Development Public Company Limited would like to inform the result of the last exercise of warrants which the company had noticed details and procedure to the warrant holders regarding the exercise of warrants (NOBLE-W1). The number of the warrant, called to exercise,totaled 182,713,026 units, which the exercise ratio was 1 unit of the warrant to 1 ordinary share at the price of Baht 6 per share. The subscription period was between July 22 to August 5, 2002 and the conversion date was August 6, 2002.
