NOBLE-W1 TRADING TO BE SUSPENDED AND DELISTED Noble Development Public Company Limited (NOBLE) announced to call NOBLE-W1. NOBLE-W1's exercise notice period start from 22nd July 2002 until 5th August 2002 and the last exercise date to subscribe to its common shares is on 6th August 2002.The closure of the warrant registration is scheduled from 16th July 2002,beginning at noon,until 6th August 2002. Therefore NOBLE-W1 will no longer be listed securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Therefore,to comply with the settlement and securities transfer system, NOBLE has asked the SET to suspend trading of its warrants (NOBLE-W1)effective from 11th July 2002 until 6th August 2002. (Detail as in NOBLE 's news on R-SIMS dated on 24th-27th June 2002) By virtue of Clause 5(6) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities,issued on February 9,1995, the SET will suspend trading on NOBLE-W1 from 11th July 2002 until 6th August 2002 as the company requested. Since 7th August 2002 NOBLE-W1 will no longer be listed securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand onward.
