June 19, 2002 To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: The reduction of the Company's par value According to the resolutions of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Noble Development Public Company Limited No.1/2002, held on March 14, 2002, resolved the Company to change the par value of its ordinary share from Baht 10 (Baht ten) to Baht 5 (Baht five) and also resolved the Company to set-off the decrease of the paid-up capital against the accumulated loss. The Company has completely proceeded with registration of the decrease of its capital by reducing the par value to the Registrar of the Public Limited Company, Department of Commercial Registration, Ministry of Commerce on June 14, 2002.
