May 13, 2002 Re: Declaration of the performance of Noble Development Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the performance of Noble Development Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries for the three months period ended March 31, 2002 reported net profit of 41.76 MB comparing to 16.98 MB net loss for the same period of the previous year, the Company would like to clarify that the change of the performance more than 20% compared to the previous year is mainly due to In the first quarter of 2002, the Company had revenue from sales totaling 107.94 MB, increased of 90.04 MB or 503 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. The increase of revenue from sale was due to the Company launched 2 new projects, Noble Tara Ekamai-Rama 9, Noble Wana Pinklao. Consequently, in the first quarter of 2002, the Company had gross profit totaling 48.29 MB comparing to 0.51 MB of the same period of the previous year. Please be informed.
