March 26, 2001 To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Disposal of investment in Bang Plee View Company Limited Noble Development Public Company Limited (the Company) would like to inform that the Company disposed the investment in Bang Plee View Company Limited (Bang Plee View),one of the Company's subsidiary (the Company hold 100% in equity), according to the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2001 held on March 12, 2001, to an external party, who has no relationship or connection to the company and it's subsidiaries, of 592,494 shares at total price of Baht 100,000 . After the disposal the Company helds 25% in equity of Bang Plee View. As of December 31,2000, the Company recorded loss from investment in Bank Plee View totalling 95.04 Million Baht.
