March 15, 2001 To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Investment in Bang Plee View Company Limited Pursuant to Noble Development Public Company Limited (the Company) subscribed 690,000 of newly issued ordinary shares at Baht 100 per share of Bang Plee View Company Limited (Bang Plee View), which the Company hold 100% in equity, totaling Baht 69 million, according to the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No.4/2001 held on March 12, 2001, the Company hereby would like to provide more information regarding the aforesaid transaction as follows : Before increasing capital Bang Plee View has registered and paid-up capital of Baht 10 million. In order to obtain a proper financial status, Bang Plee View increased the capital to Baht 79 million. Bang Plee View use proceeds therefrom to repay debts owed to the Company whereby the Company is consequently own 100% of its total share issued. Please be informed accordingly.
