Re: Additional Information of the Resolution of the

Noble Development Public Company Limited would like to
clarify additional information of the Resolution of the
Board of Directors Meeting held on June 22,2000 regarding
the disposition of the investment in Bannsiam Co., Ltd,.
The Board of Directors approved the company to dispose all
of shares held by which equal to 99.99% of registered
capital of Bannsiam Co.,Ltd.
