November 19,1999 Re : Declaration of The Company's Debt Restructure Progress To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Noble Development Public Company Limited ("Company") would like to inform you the Company's Debt Restructure Progress which appear in today's Krungthep Turakij Newspaper as follow: As of June 30,1999, the Company and its'subsidiaries have financial debt total amount of 2,440 MB which 2,161 MB guaranteed by the Company. As of November 15,1999 the Company can restructure the said debt totaling 2,124 MB, the company expect that the remaining debt of 37 MB will be done by December 1999.
