Preparation for the Y2K Problem Actions for Y2K Problem Any actions between August 21 to November 2,1998 are in process 2 and 5. The plan is on schedule and details are as follow: Process 2 Implementing on PC 2.1 List all computer system 85% finished and 15% is in process, the plan is reschedule, expected it will be completed by the end of November 1998. 2.2 Test all computer system for the year 2000 Now it is in testing process and data collection. 5% have been done. Expected it will be completed by the end of November 1998. 2.2 Details implementation plan In process, expected to finish by the end of January 1999. 2.1 Implement Action plan will be completed on schedule by the end of Quarter 2/1999. Process 5 Implementing on Application error 5.1 Novell Netware It is in coordinating process with Datamat Co.,Ltd. (the system vendor) to be offered proposal and time table. 5.2 Salary Program The company will buy the new salary program software from Sahaviriya Co.,Ltd. which is Y2K compliant and pricing is about 3,000 Baht. 5.3 Time Attendance Done, now the software is moving on Lotus Notes, which is Y2K compliant. 5.4 Time Record Program Please see 5.3 Management Discussion and Analysis The Y2K problem will be solved by Quarter 3/1999.
