NOBLE appoints "Arttavit Chalermsaphayakorn" as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective on August 30, 2019 to strengthen company’s reliability for the investors.

Noble Development Public Company Limited (NOBLE) has announced the company’s new management team after the appointment of new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Arttavit Chalermsaphayakorn in accordance with Board of Director’s resolution. The Company has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) for the appointment which takes effective from August 30, 2019 onwards.

With the vast experience in finance and capital market area along with his management career for the listed company in the SET, Mr. Arttavit will best utilize his expertise to set the strategic financial direction going forward and seek for the appropriate funding alternatives from the capital market in the most efficient manner.

With the company’s new management team, NOBLE is strongly confident that the financial management will be more effective in the long term in which Mr. Arttavit will accelerate the execution and build more confidence among both local and foreign investors as well as drive the business growth of the Company.
